For over 3 decades, Jason Chierchie has been immersed in the world of landscape design, construction, and outdoor living. Growing up in a family business rooted in the trades, he developed an early understanding of craftsmanship, hard work, and thoughtful design. What began as hands-on experience evolved into a lifelong passion for creating outdoor spaces that feel intentional, refined, and built to last.

Today, Jason is the owner and lead designer of T&C Landscape Design Inc., a Long Island–based firm specializing in luxury outdoor environments, full-property masterplans, and high-end architectural renderings. His work spans Hamptons estates, modern new-construction homes, and classic suburban properties—yet his philosophy remains consistent: clean geometry, balanced symmetry, timeless materials, and an elevated lifestyle-driven approach.

With nearly three decades of hands-on landscaping experience, Jason has developed a deep understanding of plant selection, horticulture, grading, drainage, and outdoor functionality. He specializes in full master plans for new construction, ensuring that every element—from hardscape layout to planting design—works cohesively with the architecture. His landscape designs extend far beyond New York, with completed and ongoing projects across the country, including coastal, desert, mountain, and cold-climate environments.
